I'm short on pictures because with the short notice I don't get to charge the camera and it 'bonks'. The river isn't as gross as you'd think but nothing a bath in Neosporen couldn't cure. It was really cool. I did a flooded river ride years ago while in Winona and this was just as exciting.
Trip reports on adventures in Kayaking, Scuba, Caving, Packrafting, Hiking, Bike riding, Rock climbing and anything else I do. Most of these include some connection to swimming or water in general thus the connection to Otters.

Two in the Stew
If you read my previous post about road racing I got a call between my tire blowing out and the start of the race. Josh says the river is over the banks and we can ride the trail on fat bikes that afternoon. Of course I say I'm going so I meet him at 5:30 for a long wet ride with swimming 'portages' all the way up the river to 169.
