Trip reports on adventures in Kayaking, Scuba, Caving, Packrafting, Hiking, Bike riding, Rock climbing and anything else I do.
Most of these include some connection to swimming or water in general thus the connection to Otters.
The chequamegon fat tire was my first race in 2010. It's probably why I race mountain bikes today. My buddy Pete asked me to race with him last year and again this year. I had a personal goal to place top 50 overall out of the 900 riders in a mass start. I didn't get my goal but I'm ok with my time. I took 56th for Men and 67 overall and 9th for my age out of 86. Ultimately, I missed my goal by about 1 minute.
